We have implemented a triage process for all referrals. We are no longer able to book new patient appointments over the phone. All appointments will be made after referrals have been sent to us and triaged accordingly.

Please note that failure to include the above information may result in us declining your referral because of missing information. We are triaging referrals by urgency as we have a substantial wait time for new patient appointments. You can forward referral to us by the following ways:
Please include up to date contact details for your patient in your referral. We will make contact with the patient if an earlier appointment can be made. If we are unable to facilitate an earlier appointment, we will send you notification with alternative options. Please note we do not see patients related to a TAC or WorkCover claim. |
