In person appointments
As we see patients with autoimmune diseases, we still require all of our patients and visitors to the clinic to wear a well fitted face mask during their time in the rooms. If you do not have a mask, we will supply one to you for a gold coin ($1).
If you have an appointment with one of our doctors and you have any of the below symptoms, however mild, please do not present for your appointment.
Contact us on (03) 9459 8622 to rearrange another date for your appointment. You should then proceed to contact your GP about your symptoms or contact the 24-hour coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398.
Note: From 1st July 2022, we are unable to offer telephone Telehealth appointments as Medicare no longer provides a rebate for this item number. We will have to conduct Telehealth appointments via video.
Our doctors can offer Telehealth (video) appointments instead of in room appointments. Please contact our rooms directly if you need to change your appointment from an in person visit to a Telehealth consultation.
Please be aware there will be a fee associated with telehealth consultations and it is Medicare rebateable. We are able to take payment over the phone (with a Visa or Mastercard) after you finish speaking with the doctor, and send the claim to Medicare on your behalf.
Unfortunately if you are a new patient to our clinic, we are unable to offer a telehealth appointment to you.
